For the past two years, I’ve been developing a turn-based RPG in Unity, primarily to sharpen my programming skills.
What began as a personal challenge has grown into a full-fledged learning journey.
The project has evolved from a simple prototype into something deeper. With each new feature I’ve learned not only how to implement complex functionality but also how to refactor, optimize, and debug efficiently.
Although I’m not building it for commercial release (at least for now), the game has become a living portfolio of my growth as a programmer.
This project is far from finished, and that’s the exciting part. There’s still plenty to learn, and I’m curious to see how it continues to evolve — both as a game and as a reflection of how far I’ve come.
